Indoor heated pool, pet-friendly policy, spacious suites with kitchenettes
Housekeeping standards need serious improvement!!! The facilities are quite dated and some amenities aren't operational. The check-in experience could definitely be streamlined, and a better selection of television channels would enhance the overall stay!!!

We loved rooms with a full kitchen. The staff was helpful, as for 3-stars hotel. The breakfast was good, the check in was early. We had access to free parking, nice pool. The location was comfortable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the area was downtown.

This hotel is clearly living in the past. The furniture was worse than my grandma's! And they charged for parking? Unbelievable. Not to mention, I wanted an upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that's too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff was quite accommodating, especially with our special needs son's autism support dog. We enjoyed the clean and relaxing environment, and the breakfast options were attractive.
My children wished for more fun activities in the pool area.

Super cozy stay!
The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was super comfy and the kitchenette was real handy. Breakfast was solid, but a bit crowded with folks from the next place. Loved hanging out in the picnic area, perfect for some fresh air! Just wish there was a good ice machine instead of needing to ask at the desk all the time.
